We provide a fixed-fee buyer-side review of the file on one property you are already considering in France, Spain, Portugal or Morocco. We work from the listing, documents, and photos you send us, and deliver within 2 to 3 days.

  • A written Review, 3 to 5 pages, covering:

    • True comparable price: are you paying the right number for this property

    • Renovation and structural risk signals visible in the documents and photos

    • Jurisdictional and legal details that catch non-resident buyers out

    • Negotiation blind spots

    • The five questions we would ask the seller's representative before you sign

    Delivered as a PDF, plus a 30-minute walk-through call.

  • Delivered within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your property file.

    • This is a review of the file, not a site visit. We do not inspect the property in person or carry out a structural survey. We read the listing, documents, and photos you send, and tell you what they show and what is missing.

    • We are also not asking you to drop the agent or person already helping you. You carry on with them as usual. We simply give the file an independent check before you sign, so the final decision stays fully yours.
