Note on Squarespace cookies. Because the site is hosted on Squarespace, these cookies are set automatically by the platform as part of its core infrastructure. 3.2 Analytics cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are visited most, how long people stay, and where they come from. The data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Note on Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Data is processed by Google LLC on servers in the United States and the European Economic Area. Transfers to the US are covered by Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). 3.3 Third-party domains (Booking)
When you click "Book a Free Discovery Call", you are redirected to a separate booking page hosted on meetings-eu1.hubspot.com.
HubSpot may place its own cookies on that domain to manage the booking session and record your contact details in our CRM if you complete a booking. These cookies are not placed on sos-wealth.com and are governed by HubSpot's Cookie Policy. Any personal data you submit when booking a call is processed by HubSpot as our data processor. 3.4 Cookies we do not use
We do not use:
advertising or retargeting cookies (Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, TikTok Pixel, or similar);
behavioural profiling cookies;
third-party social media tracking cookies;
heat-mapping or session-recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar).
If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before placing new cookies.
4. Google Fonts and external font loading
The site loads fonts dynamically from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser requests a font file, Google's servers receive your IP address.
Note: We are currently reviewing our technical setup to self-host these fonts locally, which will eliminate this data transmission. In the meantime, this dynamic loading is treated as a third-party request.
