We are a team of seasoned real estate specialists based in Kuwait.

The idea of creating a business to help Kuwait and GCC residents to invest in real estate abroad came from our own experience through the personal investments we made in France, Spain and Canada.

We then built a trusted network of real estate agents, managers, accountants, architects and lawyers in Spain, France, Morocco and Canada, with other countries to come soon.

Who We Are

Amina Khoungui

A dual French-Moroccan citizen, Amina has lived in Kuwait for four years. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School and master’s degree in civil law from the University of Versailles. Amina is also a (US) Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has over 15 years experience in finance and accounting. Prior to moving to Kuwait, Amina lived in France, Canada, Angola, Brazil and China.

Valeria Lorgio

Valeria has set up shop in Kuwait more than 11 years ago. A graduate of the University of Palermo, Sicily, she is an Italian architect with over 13 years of experience handling construction and interior design projects in Europe and Kuwait. With her company Arkelite Design, she brings a wealth of expertise in luxury real estate.
